So1 - So3: The Clock

ð For how much time do they remain comfortable at their task?

ð

A person must change something about their task when the "alarm rings" or they will become depressed.
The longer they wait, the larger the change will need to be for them to feel like they received the change they need.

Examples of "Clocks":

q According to my iWAM Profile report, my Clock is:_____ years.

B. Attitude towards change

ð How does this person react to stability, evolution and drastic change?

l So1 Stability (Similarities): A person with high similarities is comfortable when things remain the same.

l So2 Evolution (Comparison): A person with high comparison wants things to change (improve) gradually over time.

l So3 Drastic Change (Distinctions): A person with high distinctions wants new things, switching from old to new.

q High Stability (So1) is required for _________________________
(example of jobs needing a Long Clock, or Low on Change & Evolution).

q A Short Clock is required for _________________________
(example of jobs needing High Evolution (So2) and High Change (So3)).
