iWAM coaching day (Thursday 18th) The iWAM coaching day is the last day of the iWAM certification program. Open for certified users wanting to refresh their knowledge of coaching applications of the iWAM. Applications that will be covered: individual coaching, working with pairs and team coaching. Principles covered will include the Offman model, iWAM’s communication language and focusing on strengths VS coping with development areas. The training will be under supervision of Patrick Merlevede. The modules will be delivered by candidate trainers enrolled in the iWAM trainer certification process. iWAM Trainer certification Process (Monday 15 till Thursday 18th) This program is not a "trainer's training" but offers candidate trainers a chance to get certified as iWAM Trainer, by proving their competence, under supervision of Patrick Merlevede. For more information, contact Patrick Merlevede directly. VSQ certification workshop (Tuesday 23th) During this 1-day workshop with Patrick Merlevede you will learn the patterns measured by jobEQ’s Value Systems Questionnaire and how they help to map organizational cultures. Applications include Cultural Modeling, aligning organizational cultures and organizational consulting. You will learn how to use the VSQ questionnaire and will work on a case study showing the effect of Value Systems on organizational cultures. Recommended pre-reading: the book “Spiral Dynamics” by Don Beck & Chris Cowan (1996). COMET certification workshop (Wednesday 24th) During this 1-day training program with Patrick Merlevede, you’ll learn how to use the COMET methodology to design a behavior based competency model and how to use this model for recruiting & assessment, either though behavior based interviewing or by using COMET questionnaires (either in self-assessment or 360°-feedback mode). You will also learn to use the COMET method for coaching, as part of jobEQ’s action oriented coaching approach. Modeling workshop (Thursday 25th) This 1-day program with Patrick Merlevede is open for experienced iWAM and/or VSQ users who want to use jobEQ’s toolset for modeling.[1] You will learn to use the advanced modeling features available from jobEQ for making models of excellence for a job role and/or for modeling organizational cultures or even making standard groups. The program includes the procedures to be followed to make a model and the underlying statistical principles. We will either work on a case study from one or several of the participants who have already made models in collaboration with jobEQ or on some models jobEQ made for other projects. Certification of this course gives you the right to create models of excellence using jobEQ’s toolset. For being certified, we expect that you make a first model under supervision of jobEQ (this can be done prior or after attending this workshop). [1] jobEQ’s tools have been designed around the principle of modeling excellence. For that purpose, certified modelers can subscribe to extensions to the search engine and to team report (the subscription to the extension costs 50 credits a year, including help desk support by Patrick Merlevede).
